Sales BDC Agent (12/2)
As a Sales BDC Agent, your primary responsibility will be to generate and schedule appointments for our sales team. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers via phone, email, and other forms of communication to educate them on our products and services and set up appointments for our sales representatives.
You will need to have excellent communication skills, a friendly and professional demeanor, and the ability to build rapport with customers quickly. You must be comfortable making cold calls and reaching out to potential leads to generate interest in our products and services.
You will also be responsible for managing and maintaining a database of leads and following up with customers to ensure a positive customer experience. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are a must for this role.
Additionally, you may be responsible for conducting market research, tracking sales leads, and analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities for business growth.
