Dealer Success Manager, South Florida

Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Dealer Success/Performance Manager to join our South Florida team. Better Car People offers a competitive base salary, commission plan, and outstanding benefits. We are looking for someone with a strong background in automotive BDC work at the dealership level and has experience working within the automotive dealership technology space, preferable in account management. Some travel is required.

                     * Experience in BDC management with a focus on CRM technology/reporting is required *

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our dealer partners
- Conduct regular check-ins and meetings with dealers to understand their needs and provide solutions
- Analyze dealer performance and provide insights and recommendations for improvement
- Act as a liaison between dealers and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and collaboration
- Assist dealers in onboarding and training on our products and services
- Identify opportunities for dealer growth and upsell/cross-sell additional products and services
- Handle any issues or concerns from dealers in a timely and professional manner
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide informed guidance to dealers

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in the automotive industry
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse group of dealers
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HubSpot CRM software
- Knowledge of automotive industry trends and best practices
